Peak Endurance is a multisport coaching team founded  by Nico Lightbody in Victoria, BC. We specialize in coaching for trail running, road running and triathlon. Peak Endurance is for all range of athletic abilities from finishing your first 5km race to reaching the top of the podium in your race. Peak Endurance can help you achieve your goals. We provide custom online training plans suited for your specific athletic ability, sport and lifestyle. Every athlete has unique needs and responds to training differently. We create personalized training plans that fit into your life schedule in order to maximize your athletic potential. Nico is an expert in endurance sports and extremely knowledgeable - he has almost too much experience to draw on as an athlete and a coach and can troubleshoot any problem. He loves to talk training and can answer any question I bring to him. Nico is attentive and responsive. He adapts my training to my life: everything from taking a vacation to sore muscles after a big training block. Nico is supportive. He gives me pre-race meetings (read: pep talks for the anxious athlete) and arms me with a race-plan so airtight I feel like there’s no obstacle I can’t overcome. He also comes to cheer me on whenever possible (and seeing Nico on the sidelines when you’re in the pain cave is a literal game-changer). As a total bonus, Nico is so kind, cool, and well… awesome. 

Nico is an absolute beauty and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Over the last 7 months Nico has brought my fitness to levels far beyond my expectations. Prior to working with Nico, I was operating at a capacity that I perceived to be my physical limits and with Nico he was able to push me beyond my mental and physical barriers.
