Peak Endurance Workout wednesday group Run Dates
Workout Wednesdays taking place every Wednesday.
We have two group Morning Miles and Track Nights. Workout details will be posted prior in the respective club event under Peak Endurance Strava group. Click here to join the group and see the upcoming events.
Morning Miles – Wednesdays 5:55 AM (Saanich)
Meeting at the bicycle repair station where the Lochside Trail intersects the Blenkinsop Greenway. If you punch Don Mann Excavating into Google it's a short walk down the road. Workouts will take place on either the Lochside or PKOLS trails. Workouts will be done either on Lochside or PKOLS trails and last anywhere from 60-80min.
Track Nights – Wednesdays 6:15 PM (Sidney)
Meeting at Parklands Secondary track. Fun, structured track sessions to build speed and stamina. Workouts for all levels!
Free to try out for your first time.
