Seymour Bloom is a beginner-friendly trail race designed exclusively for women. With both 5K and 10K options, participants will explore the beautiful trails of Thetis Lake, including Seymour Hill and the McKenzie Creek Trail. Our mission is to help get more women into the sport of trail running by offering a welcoming, safe atmosphere for beginner runners.

A: Yes, water and basic snacks will be available at designated locations along the course.

A: Yes! While the trails include some hills, the course is designed to be beginner-friendly and safe for first-time trail runners.

A: Strollers and dogs are not allowed on the race course to ensure safety for all participants.
