Thanks to everyone that participated in the 2023 edition of the Tri-Body Holiday Camp. It was incredible to meet so many different runners on all 6 days. Everyone brought such positive and welcoming vibes, thank you for joining the Tri-Body crew. Special shout out to all those who had a perfect attendance to the camp that is no easy feat! We've got plenty of group runs planned for 2024. We hope to see you out there!
